Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 37 year old, healthy son who ran 1300 miles last year, fainted in the middle of the night when he got up to urinate. He believes he was hypotensive and tachycardia and was dehydrated. He is on track to run 2200 miles this year training for a 50 mile run. Any ideas?
