What Causes False Positive Drug Urinalysis Test Result?
I was tested (urinalysis) yesterday and a reading showed that I was positive for cocaine in my system. I dont use cocaine. Medications that I am on are penicillin (500mg 4x a day, metronidazole (500mg 4xa day, an inhaler and I take sudafed. Is it possible that any of these contributed to a positive test result for cocaine

I don't think Sudafed and Metronidazole can cause positive drug test results. I believe that you were taking any other medications which may have caused it, possibly Acetaminophen Codeine or Oxycodone.
