What Causes False Pregnancy Symptoms?

Thought i was pregnant, had labs done turns out it was trich so ive taken metronidazole this was at least two almost three months ago now all of my pregnancy symptoms are back but labs say im not pregnant and normal. Any idea what else it could be that makes me feel pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
Hormonal contraceptives (if you are tsking )/hyperacidity /liver problem with nauseating feeling/hormonal imbalance due to ovarian,thyroid problems can give pregnancy like symptoms.
Need investugations to pin point the cause.Consult your family doctor firstfollowed by gastroenterologist/gynecologist/endocrinologist as advised.
