Okay here s what s going on my heart feels like it s racing I just found out about a month ago that I have diabetes I took my blood sugar good this morning and it was 190 I took it again right now it s at 186 I m wondering what can I do to make my self feel batter
Probably the worry you are having looking at the blood sugar value is creating anxiety hence you have increasing heart rate. Take diabetes medication regularly as prescribed and keep a chart on blood sugar value regularly. You will be alright.
