What Causes Fast Heart Beat When I Stand Up From Being In Sitting Position?

What does it mean when your heart starts beating hard and fast when you stand up from being in a sitting position? This has been happening to me a lot recently and it causes me to feel my heart beating really hard to the point where I can see my heartbeat by just looking at my chest after I feel it start.

it can be postoural hypotention. bp should be recorded in sleeping sitting and standing position. can gofor hypertensive profile test including lipid profile and serum cholesterol. consult cardiologist with test result.
