What Causes Fast Heart Beats After Having Energy Drinks?
I drank one Java monster 5-6 hours ago and my chest feels funny I m not sure if my hearts beating too fast also breathing different I also took 2 ibuprofen 200mg about 1-2 hours ago. I m I okay? Is there anything I can do other than drink a lot of water to make this stop?
The java monster would contain a high level of caffeine which would potentially cause the chest discomfort that you are experiencing and also cause palpitations.
The ibuprofen is not likely contributing to these symptoms.
The symptoms should resolve on their own in most persons. If they are steadily decreasing then you can monitor but if there is no change or an increase then you may want to consider seeing your doctor.
Rest, fluids, monitor would be the main aspects of home treatment.
I hope this helps
