What Causes Fast Heart Rhythm Below Sternum While Standing?

I am 39 years old, 5ft 6in and weigh about 131lbs. I am healthy by all aspects, but lately I have noticed that when I am standing with my arms crossed under my sternum I can feel my heart beat. I know it can be common in skinny people to feel it while laying or sitting but I am not sure if standing up is common.

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you that position is not matters here in any posture if you put your hand near the heart area around the left of chest you would likely to feel the heart beat and it is normal phenomenon and not to worry about this, if you do not have any cardiac issue then no need to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
