What Causes Fast Heartbeat And Low Blood Pressure?

hello sir my name is Humair Ali, i am male, i m 23 years old, my weight is 55 KG, dr i have in problem before 3 years, some time my heart beat is working so fast and my blood pressure is very low 80/40, my echo test report is this, (Normal sized chambers, Good LV function, No regional wall motion abnormality seen, Mild AMLP present. no regurg, No clot or effusion seen, No evidence of definite MLP or HCM.

Assalamoalaikum,
Regarding your Echo report, there are trace evidences valve problem, but thats normal for many, so you need not to worry. It is better to re-evaluate it after 5 years if everything is fine, to see where it has proceeded.
Regarding your heart beat, I must say, because you are thin (i guess, becuase you didnt say height) heart beat is often percieved and there is no trouble with it. I would advice you to avoid any stimulant intake like excess coffee or other, to avoid such confrontations. If it is troublesome meet physician.
Regarding your BP, many have BP of this range, and its normal till you feel dizzy. If you feel unconfortable, have a glass of juice, ORS may be, and get medical advice.
