Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you with thanks for a consult!

I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns according to the latest medical guidelines.

No--she seems to have hypotension (low blood pressure) due to the Periods and excessive workout spells. It may also be due to low Red blood cells and/or low hemoglobin in blood. It all causes rapid heart beats on increased demand for the blood circulation as in the gym.

I preferably suggest to take her to the Cardiologist for heart evaluation too as she has a strong family history of the cardiac issues too. The Cardiologist will go for some diagnostics and will treat the issue accordingly.
