No--she seems to have
hypotension (low blood pressure) due to the Periods and excessive workout spells. It may also be due to low Red blood cells and/or low
hemoglobin in blood. It all causes rapid heart beats on increased demand for the blood circulation as in the gym.
I preferably suggest to take her to the Cardiologist for heart evaluation too as she has a strong family history of the cardiac issues too. The Cardiologist will go for some diagnostics and will treat the issue accordingly.
