What Causes Fatigue, SOB And Uneasy Feeling In Chest Along With Depression?

For the past week or so, I have felt tired all day and usually end up just wanting to lie on the sofa and sleep. I also have a weird feeling occasionally in my chest and get shortness of breath doing trivial things. I am overweight and I do suffer from depression. What is your opinion?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, we should first rule out cardiac cause for your symptoms. Because you are having following risk factors for cardiac disease.
1. Obesity
2. Depression.
So get done
1. ECG
2. 2d echo to rule out cardiac cause.
If both are normal than no need to worry much for cardiac disease.
Your symptoms are mostly due to depression. Overweight is also due to depression.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Discuss your problems and worry with psychiatrist and try to find out solution for it.
You may need antidepressants too.
