Hi, It is good that all the blood tests come out normal. A good test to do in her case is stool tests for ova and parasites, stool antigen for giardia and stool culture. If the above tests come out normal than anxiety and depression can be considered as a possible diagnosis. Depression can cause fatigue and sleeping problems and also some other like problems with concentration, loss of desire to go out and hang out with friends and family and finds life boring and without a purpose. Please talk with your doctor on the need for the tests to rule out some parasite or infection in the bowel and if these come out normal consider depression as a possible cause of fatigue and sleep problems in her age.
