What Causes Fatigue Along With Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Dizziness?

Hi, I have been feeling very weak for the past couple of days and yesterday I woke up with sharp pains in my stomach, felt like l was going to throw up and dizzy. I had chills and body aches. Today I still have the stomach pains and a headache and feel weak. My back and neck hurts as well. I was sick like this about 2 weeks ago but with no stomach pains.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

First of all, get some investigations done - routine blood count, serum electrolytes, and liver as well as kidney function tests. As infection, electrolyte imbalance, liver or kidney abnormalities can cause these types of symptoms.

Till then, take the below treatment:

1. Drink plenty of water throughout the day or start ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution - WHO approved).
2. Take Paracetamol tablet for a headache, back pain, and neck pain.
3. Take tablet Dicyclomine for abdominal pain.

After getting reports of laboratory investigations, consult the physician.
