What Causes Fatigue Along With Appetite Loss And Dizziness?
Yesterdaay - Acute hypertensive episode with BP peaking at 234/168 with additional dosages of prescribed hypertension medication becam manageable at 2030 hours being 168/84.However also have priorand post episode fatigue, loss of appetite, lightheadness, and acute pain on the coronal plane of abdoman distal of the transverse plan above hip. Pain since began was 4 out of 10 with pain today being 8 out of 10 . I have taken tylenol forpain management with no effect

Thanks for given info,According to BP after taking medicine not in control yet a little high,
Advise you to take additionaly furosemide 10 mg
and take Alprazolam 0.5,
it may be helpful to control your BP and headache
you will sleep well
besides of you need to perform some investigations
Cholesterol level
Triglycerides
Blood GLUCOSE level
Electrolytes
Advise you kindly consult with GP
