What Causes Fatigue Along With Appetite Loss And Excessive Sleepiness?
For the past few months, I have been tired all time, lack of appetite, foggy brain, when I do get energy I try to get a lot done but then come home and need to sleep. I don’t feel depressed so I’m not sure what’s going on... I have allergies and take medication but it doesn’t make me sleepy . I can also fall asleep after having morning tea.
