Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Possible causes of your symptoms are connective tissue disorders or auto immune disorders or hypo/hyperthyroidism or obesity or metabolic disorders or depression etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please check your blood investigation like blood pressure, blood sugar, Ra factor, ANA, anti rho anti bodies, infections , thyroid status or X-ray of the joint etc. Do regular exercise and yoga , use multivitamin tablet's, if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
