Hi.

Thank you for writing to Health Care Magic.

The symptoms you have mentioned sound like an issue related to digestion of the fats. When one does not have enough enzymes that break down the fat, protein, and carbohydrates in the body.

This can cause overgrowth of bacteria in the body. This can cause diarrhea, bloating, and nausea. Many people find the following useful for the symptoms you have mentioned.
- Drinking lots of water
- Taking a bland diet
- Eating lots of fruits
- Taking a BRAT diet which consists of bananas, rice, applesauce, toast
- Avoiding oily and spicy foods
- Taking an OTC antacids

I hope this helps. Please reach out if you have any other questions.
