What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Appetite Loss?

These are my symptoms. I have had them for at least 3 months. Foamy bubbles in urine / fatigue, sleep 12 to 14 hours a day / dizziness / nausea / loss of appetite / food does not taste good / weight loss, 20 lbs. in the past 2 months, June and July / rash on chest.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concer. As per your query you have fatigue along with dizziness and appetite loss. Well there can be many reasons for vertigo , but the most common is anxiety and the other Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) are ear infection , hypoglycemia , anemia , meniere's disease , migraine and alteration in he blood circulation . Ear infection sometimes occur when infection spread from post nasal drip , which further occur due to sinusitis . Infection spread to ear through eustachian tube. So it is possible that you get infection now . Dizziness is a symptom of vertigo. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like CT scan for sinusitis , MRI , blood test , audiometery test, and ECG to confirm the diagnosis.Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug alon with antibiotics ( gentamicin ) and anti allergic . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist. I would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water .
