What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Body Ache?

Hi ... I am 65 relatively good health, been having issues with fatigue, a bit of light headedness.. pain all over, especially in my back, a surgeon says its arthritis in the spine, got it in the hip. cannot put all my weight on right side. feel like my food backs up. get heart burn.. but the fatigue is huge, I walk up a flight of stairs and have to rest at the top

Hello,

You need to be thoroughly investigated for fatigue. Since you say grade 2 dyspnea, we need to evaluate the causes for it. It could be cardiac, hematological, and pulmonary. So, we need to do a necessary investigation like ECG, ECHO, blood tests like complete hemogram, ESR, etcetera.

All these will give you a clear picture to evaluate what could be the reason for all your problems. If you have arthritis, you can take anti-inflammatory agents for some time after consultation from any practitioner. Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, etcetera can be taken.
