Hi there, I am a 33 yr old female 5 10 125 lbs. I am in pretty good physical shape and am outdoors everyday. Recently I have been very tired and very dizzy. Not just dizzy when I stand up, although that has always been an issue. I often get dizzy just sitting down. I do not take any medication of any kind and eat very healthy. Just wondering if I am missing something in my diet or what might be the cause of the symptoms.
Hi...Can understand your concern...As per your query about getting dizziness and fatigue can be due to hypovolaemia and low blood pressure..and need to check tor blood pressure..It may be due to less water intake or prolonged standing or some hormonal change...If the BP is going on lower side you need to take prevention like avoid prolonged standing (may cause blood pooling in periphery)dieting ,stress etc..You can add tea coffee or some salty snacks in between to avoid such symptoms...You should also include a multi vitamins for few months to increase energy level. If still not feeling well you need to consult a physician for proper diagnosis.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
