Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your endocrine causes for such symptoms to be ruled out. To start with fasting sugar levels, thyroid profile and cortisol levels may be needed.

Serum electrolytes and urine osmolarity and comparison between plasma and urinary sodium may be needed. These symptoms should be discussed with your primary care physician at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
