What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Numbness In The Arms?
Hello, my husband is having fatigue all over the body, when he stands up he gets a headache, occasional sinus pressure and complains of pain and tingling numbness in his arms. Overall tiredness that came on suddenly. Does this sound like a normal flu or something more we should be concerned about?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.
The sinus pressure can be related to a viral sinusitis.
I would recommend him to use a saline nasal spray.
I also recommend drinking liquids and rest.
Your husband can use the anti-inflammatory medication if needed such as Ibuprofen.
