What Causes Fatigue Along With Headaches And Dizziness?

Hello I m 19 years old. I have been experiencing a lot of fatigue, stress in my sleep , headaches , feeling like I m on the verge of fainting , light headedness , very nauseous and the list goes on. I have a 9 month old daughter , so I m not sure if this has anything to do with this

Hi,

Your symptoms may be due to the overload you might have but also might be due to anxiety/depression. There are treatments that can help you feel better like SSRI medications (citalopram, sertraline, etc.) and also counseling might be helpful as well.

Meanwhile you will need to make sure you rest and sleep at least 8 hours a day and have a good balanced diet with at least 3 meals a day to be able to have your daily needs for calories and rest. Going for walks, being active and exercising might make you feel better.
