Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sinusitis or inflammation of sinus is one of the cause of headache.
Sinusitis is characterized by headache which is more in morning (in case of
frontal sinusitis) and reduced by evening.
It is also accompanied by nasal discharge and post-nasal drip.
In addition to above mentioned symptoms, X-ray findings are also characteristic in sinusitis so a X-ray of para-nasal sinuses should also be done to diagnose sinusitis.
Other causes of headache also need to be ruled out like headache due to
refractive error, migraine,
cluster headache etc.
Clinical assessment is required to diagnose the condition and thus plan management.
High cholesterol needs to be managed by life style modifications initially followed followed by lipid lowering drugs if life style modifications do not work.
The cause for low
testosterone needs to be investigated.
The pituitary-gonad-axis needs to be assessed to find the cause of low testosterone.
I suggest you to consult a physician for further investigations.
Thanks and take care
