What Causes Fatigue Along With Heavy Breathing And Fast Heart Beat?
I'm 39 years old and have been excersing my whole life. The last several days I find myself feeling fatigued and breathing heavy from minimal activity. I don't hsve chest pain or tightness just feel drained and my heart is beating faster as if I excersised a lot more then I did

Hello there,
You need to get your blood checked for Hb, RBC count and MCH. You may be having fatigue due to a lowered RBC hemoglobin. even though your blood flow may be similar but the oxygen it carries it is reduced leading to your fatigue.
