What Causes Fatigue Along With Joint Pain And Blurred Vision?

I am a very healthy and active 66 year old female. But for about the last two weeks, I have been experiencing fatigue, muscle aches and joint pain, and a slight blurriest in my vision. No fever. I have no other symptoms that I am aware of. What could this be?

you are having general debility. go for complete hemogram and treatment for any deficiancy.refraction can be done and for any error detected it should be corrected. fundus examination should be done to rule out cataract. for other problem symptomatic treatment be given
