Hello,
It looks like she is suffering from vasovagal syncope,
hypoglycemia,
hypotension or
dehydration. It can occur due to stress, anxiety, illness or
substance abuse.
You can give her antiemetics, to stop vomiting. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, drugs, etc. Avoid spicy, oily, junk food.
She should take some warm beverage, soups, juice, water to replenish the electrolyte system of the body.
Help her stay away from stress, anxiety & take adequate rest. Give her vitamin supplements and nutritious food rich in calcium, protein & veggies.
Since she is vomiting & emaciated, you are suggested to get her physically examined by a GP, she needs intravenous fluids, antibiotics & support.
She should get CBC, Liver function tests,
Urinalysis, Imaging tests done. Her treatment will depend upon the reports of the tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
