What Causes Fatigue Along With Lower Abdominal Pain And Watery Vaginal Discharge?

Hello and Happy Holidays! I am not pregnant. However, I have been experiencing fatigue, lower abdominal pain/discomfort and clear, odorless, watery discharge. I received my labs back about 3 mos.ago saying negative for cervical cancer, which my OB/GYN was testing me for due to labs coming back with ASCUS twice. I currently have MIRENA to help shrink fibroids. What s going on? Please help in narrowing down what this could be.

I really appreciate your concern, vaginitis may be the cause and it can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days although the given symptoms are not correlated with P/V discharge hope this information helps.
