What Causes Fatigue Along With Lower Back Pain And Headaches?

Hi I would like to find out what could be the main reason for fatigue lower back pain headaches and frequent urination I m 26 and all I want to do is sleep yesterday alone I slept whole day and today I got up at 12 midday really would appreciate any thoughts regarding this thanx

if you drive on bicycle too much.take painkiller with antacid..take bed rest whenever possible.do exercise regulalrly
