General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are several possible causes of the symptoms you are explaining. this can be from anxiety to physical conditions like the heart, lungs, anemia, etc.

It is important to have a check with your doctor and have a good physical examination which will guide on the need for other tests like CBC, ERS, ALT, AST, bilirubin, creatinine, electrolytes, glucose, lipids, ECG and urinalysis, etc.

If all these tests come out normal then very likely your symptoms are due to anxiety and treatment for anxiety is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
