What Causes Fatigue Along With Nausea And Lower Backache?

Lately I ve been really tired, even though I get 8 hours of sleep every night, well day since I work the nightshift. I have a constant feeling of being full, even if I haven t eaten all day. I can force myself to eat a full meal, but I really don t want to eat anything unless it s a really light snack. I ve been feeling nauseous alot lately, but never enough to throw up. I have alot of lower back pain and random headaches. My friends say pregnancy, but I got my period on time this month. My boyfriend and I use the pull out method. I know it s not the safest, but is there a way I can actually be pregnant and still get my period on time?

Hello,

If you are not using any contraception & are careless during foreplay, If he penetrates & has a pre-cum you may become pregnant. You are recommended to use contraception if you do not want pregnancy.

Get a pregnancy test done without much delay. If you are working overtime with night shifts & feeling nauseous, you should get physically examined to evaluate your liver condition.

Get liver function tests done along with CBC & Urinalysis to rule out any developing liver pathology.

In the meantime avoid oily-spicy food, take home made boiled food. Take adequate rest & sleep. You can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) for relief from a backache.
