What Causes Fatigue Along With Pain In The Abdomen, Pelvis And Back?

Hello I am a 21 year old female with abdominal pain,pelvic pain and back pain. Im also tired all the time. 1 year ago i had a large cyst on my ovarie removed. Now i have 25 small cyts on my ovaries. My doctor doesnt think my pain is coming from the ovaries. Im concerned that i have just been brushed under the carpet and it could be more serious?

Hello Dear. Most probably you may be having urinary tract infection (UTI) which typically presents with all the symptoms you mentioned. Get urine examined. In case you have UTI the doctor will prescribe you antibiotics like norflox and citralka syrup. In case there is no UTI, u can go for ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
