What Causes Fatigue Along With Shortness Of Breath And Fever?

Hi i just recived my xray reaults and i found that i have prominent aortic knuckle and i dont know what it is but what i was experiencing is fatigue, breath shortness and i had a fever 2 weeks ago also a strange radh kept appearing and gone now but i can feel it made me allegeric or something i am 30 years old this been going on for more than 3 weeks now

It looks like an aortic aneurysm. Since you are too young it may be congenital origin. Conditions that people can be born with that can affect the aorta include a bicuspid aortic valve, Marfan syndrome, and Loeys–Dietz syndrome. Talk to your cardiologist about it.
