What Causes Fatigue Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I am doing a project and I have a list of symptoms like fatigue, swelling in feet, tiredness and shortness of breath upon exertion or exercise, hypertension, slightly overweight, drinks about 8-12 glasses of red wine a week, and crackles in the lungs.I am thinking it is CHF or dilated cardiomyopathy.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that all your symptoms like swelling of feet, tiredness, shortness of breath and crackles in the lung fit into the spectrum of heart failure. I would suggest you to see your physician as soon as possible as it needs to be treated promptly. You need to be put on diuretics which requires proper monitoring. Also an ECHO is needed to asess the underlying cause of the failure. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
