What Causes Fatigue Along With Sore Throat And Dry Cough?
I am 70 yrs old. I have been tired and feeling week for about a week, Sunday I got a sore throat and it has increased daily. My throat is really red but I don t see any white spots. I have Cope and have been short of breath which is getting worse. I have a dry cough.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of fatigue along with sore throat and dry cough which could be due to bacterial or viral infection due to infection of upper respiratory tract due to poor compromised immunity of body. The symptoms can also occur due to acid reflux . You should change your life style like eat light , non spicy and take walk after every meal. Use mist humidifiers in room. Visit general physician once if symptoms keeps on persisting. You should keep yourself hydrated always. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Avoid taking spicy and sharp food. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. You should go for steam inhalation.
