What Causes Fatigue Along With Tingling And Numbness In The Left Arm?
I have been suffering dramatic fatigue and my left arm feels tingly like it s sort of numb and I have a sore throat. I ve always been healthy, no surgeries, or conditions, except allergies and a few years ago gerd, which I cured with better nutrition and eating habits.

Thanks you for asking this question. I have undergone through your question. I understand your concern. tingling and numbness in arm may be due to neuritis. Sometime it happens after any viral infection (here sore throat). Mostly it will resolve spontaneously.
Advise
1. Tab vitamin B12 (neurobion) - 1 tablet daily - for 1 month
If symptoms worsen then contact your local physician
