What Causes Fatigue Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I am trying to figure out what I may have. I have had symptoms of fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, severe indigestion, no fever, but chills, skin is red in upper extremities. People ask if I have been tanning...Severe headaches and sinus pressure. CBC test says not bacteria and clinic said WBC is ok.

Hi,

It is due to an infection in the gastrointestinal tract. Take antibiotic coverage of ofloxacin-ornidazole. You also take pantoprazole and syrup of enzymes. You also take light meals with soup and probiotic. You will relieve in a few days.
