What Causes Fatigue And Breast Tenderness While Being Diagnosed With Thyroid Disorder?
my daughter has a thyroid condition and we are wondering if she is pregnant.. she has had nausea at night , a strong sense of smell.. her chest is very tender and nipples are changing color, and tired..shes took two urine test and a blood test all have come back negative but could it be to early to tell, she takes methimazale for her thyroid.
Fatigue or tiredness is a symptom of thyroid disorder, however it can also be an early symptom of pregnancy. You are suggested to get your daughter clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. The gynecologist will do ultrasound (uterus and fallopian tubes) to confirm pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. You will be treated and managed accordingly. If she is not pregnant she'll have to go through a few more blood tests so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
