What Causes Fatigue And Burning Sensation In The Chest?

hi, my 54 yr old friend is here and is experiencing burning in the left side of his chest seems very tired (almost lethargic) and earlier today he said he had to stop on his motorcycle because he felt very overheated and i feel he needs to go to the er but he says i am overreacting - should i take him

Hi...Can understand your concern...Aa per your query about burning sensation in left side of chest and feeling lethargic or fatigue is probably is due to gastritis probably..You should avoid eating spicy and oily foods,avoid fasting for longer period and take a fibre rich diet to have proper gastric motility.I suggest you to take pantoprazole 40 mg for five days..If no relief felt you should consult a physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation and medication.I hope the information helps you..you are welcome to have further query on HCM...Take care.
