What Causes Fatigue And Chest Chillness In A Teenager?

My 17yr old is @ school. He text me that he feels weird, but not sick. He suddenly felt exyremely fatiqued and had a strange cold feeling in his chest area. I had school nurse check him for any signs of heart concerns. She said, she checked his vitals and they all were normal and let me decide if I wanted to take him out of school, which I didn t. These symptoms still bother me even though his vitals seem to be ok. What could this mean? Anything? signed concerned mom,

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
I think there concern to show nothing is too small in Medical condition regarding your son's cold sensations in his chest with fatigue I am suggesting a possibility of developing a pneumonia
In view of this please let him do a
chest x-ray
Complete blood count
Malaria parasite test
Meanwhile see a paediatric specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps
