What Causes Fatigue And Chest Pain After Switching To Ciplar LA From Seloken XL?
I am taking Ciplar LA 40 mg for HT Nd anxiety for last 3 months prior to that I was taking Selekon XL 25 for 2 years. I am 43 year old male. What are the side effects? Am having tremendous fatigue, weight loss and occasional chest pain. Blotting is another issue.

I really appreciate your concern, all the anti-hypertensive medicine are well tolerated what the symptoms you are having of fatigue, weight loss are not due to the blood pressure medicines you are taking but it could be due to something else and if it is the loss of weight and fatigue then such symptoms need to be sent for investigations hope this information helps.
