General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a urinary tract infection as symptoms are of an increased frequency of urination, chills, and fever. This should have been evident if a urine test was done at some point during your work up. If it has not been done, then you should get it done.

You would be put on antibiotics for the same. If that is not the case, then get your blood sugars tested as diabetes could also cause increased urination. Do drink more than normal amounts of water. With respect to the fatigue and chills, check if you are developing a fever.

You could also get evaluated for tuberculosis as you seem to have a chronic persistence of these symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
