What Causes Fatigue And Dizziness While On Losartan, Chlortalidone And Ezetimibe?

my doctor currently have me taking losartan 50mg Chorrthalidone 25mg Spironolactone 25mg to treat my blood pressure I also take Ezetimide 10mg for Colesterol Am constantly feeling weak and dizzy till I fell and hit my head on a door at work last week Please advise I am a black male 52years of age 210 pounds
