General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be various reasons for the fatigue and fever from treatment of bladder cancer such as
- lowered level of immunity
- tumor lysis syndrome in which the release of toxins of the tumor damages the body systems
- associated viral or bacterial infections
- low hemoglobin, protein levels and other immunoglobulins from compromised hematology and lymph system

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
