What Causes Fatigue And Headaches While On Birth Control Pills?
I started my birthcontrol packet in the middle of my cycle, so I m having my period in the middle of the packet. And I m experiencing extreme fatigue, my legs are very weak, I m getting headaches (which I never usually have). Is this a sign that I m anemic? or something more serious

Anemia can be one of the causes of your symptoms.
I suggest doing a complete blood count to check for anemia.
Another possible cause can be the use of birth control pills which cause these side effects.
