What Causes Fatigue And Heaviness In Head After Smoking E Cigarette?

Hello, I am 24 years old 190 lb and 5'6'' with no medical history. I have always been pretty healthy and recently tried an E cigarette. I smoked it a majority of the day now I have felt extremely tired and heavy headed to the point of sleeping the entire last two days. Now I started smoking my regular cigarettes and the feelings continue I have smoked cigarettes for about 10 years.
