What Causes Fatigue And Muscle Aches While Suffering From HIV?
yes . I am HIV + and have been on presista, norvir and truvada for 5 years. overthe past 20 months i have had a slow gradual increase in fatiuge, colesteroel , muscle ,aches, winded after a walk. and an unusual problem of dryskin under finger nails that was origionally thought to be a fungus, no treatment response and a then after loosing the nail and it goes back deformed using a steroid cleared it up. then another nail the thumb ..deformed and now trying to sort itself ot and most receiently the fore finger is a lot worse and very painful, but not resopninding to the grease streoid like the others. hiar has taken on a different textre as well. could this all be thyroid releted?

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it can be onychomycosis and may need antifungal along with steroids topically.
Other possibilities like nutritional deficiencies are also a possibility and supplements for calcium D3 B12 B6 and folic acid alongside zinc may be helpful.
Other symptoms can be due to HIV seroconversion or due to secondary infection.
