What Causes Fatigue And Nausea When Diagnosed With GERD?

Hi I have real bad GERD and today this has been the worst I have felt having it. Not sure if this is all related but my stomach feels a little upset and I feel nauseous and a little fatigue and feeling not all there. I do also have bad allergies as well. I woke up fine this morning but after having a cup of coffee & ate a bagel I started not feeling well. Don t know if any this is related at all. Looking for some advice, thanks.
