What Causes Fatigue And Nausea While Suffering From Congestive Heart Failure?

I am 60 years of age, was recently diagnosed with stage 2 CHF and a mild MI, with minimal ischemic damage. Cardiac arteries and those in the neck completely b forest, normal cholesterol levels. I spent a week in hospital. Now I am home, maintaining a reduced (academic) schedule, fluid restriction of 1.5 ml daily, low sodium (≤1000 daily). I am experiencing debilitating fatigue and nausea with vomiting. I also feel dehydrated and have dark Udine in reduced amounts, despite prescribed diuretics. Do I need to revisit the ER now?

Short answer: Yes

Explanation : You need to check your kidney function parameters.

Nausea, vomiting can be due to newly started medicines but its always safe to rule out kidney dysfunction.

In CHF, blood flow to the kidney gets reduced which results in decreased and dark yellow urine.

Thus, cardiac and renal parameters need to reassess.
