Hi,

I do not believe masturbation is cause of any of the associated symptoms like muscle fatigue, respiration or loss of strength and inability to perform normal task.
>> Pain in testis (ball) may occur from myriad of causes viz.
1) Injury or trauma to testis
2) Epididymitis (swelling of part where testis is attached to spermatic cord)
3) Spermatocele (cyst {boil filled with water} near testis)
4) Testicular torsion (twisting of testis on its axis stopping flow of blood)
5) Varicocele (enlarged veins in testis)
6) Orchitis (infection with in testis)

Advice - If the pain persist please consult surgeon/ urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment option. (some condition listed needs surgery, rest can be treated with antibiotics)
>> Other problems like muscle fatigue / respiration issues may be caused by some chronic diseases such as
** 1) Anemia (lack of iron in body decrease amount of oxygen carried by red blood cells, making it difficult to breath and muscle pains )
** 2) Lack of vitamins / minerals - they are important for metabolic activities and their levels needs to be checked especially B12 & folic acid
** 3) Thyroid issues - tend to lead similar issues you are describing
** 4) Seasonal changes like viral infections, allergies or current COIVID -19 Situation can also contribute to fatigue and muscle aches with difficulty of breathing (if unable to breath please take emergency treatment)

Advice - You need total health checkup through Primary care provider, have your blood work done and it will help your physician to pin point the actual cause of chronic problem. Treatment is taking the prescribed supplement

--- >> If unable to do primary care visit try to have some over the counter supplements containing multivitamins with minerals (iron, magnesium, zinc) for four weeks and see if it changes you mood and ability to do normal work.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
