dear user

leg pain should be examined for the cause detection
you need to to do some tests as blood urea test and rheumatoid factor and urine analysis and esr test
you should refer to orthopedic doctor for clinical examination

stress and anxiety and fatigue or severe effort can cause leg pain

you can take diclofenac potassium injection for relief and symptoms will improve alot.....or you can take ibubrofen for that pain

rheumatoid and osteoarthritis or trauma or strain can also cause thid
you should avoid severe excercise or effort

hope that helps
